asecondtoforever replied to your post “Do you have any idea what date and time Melty Cream Doughnut will be released on AP SF site?! Thanks”
It’ll most likely be this Saturday or next Wednesday :) We usually get AP items 1 week after :)

Thank you for the info! (^_^)Melty Cream Doughnut will be released this weekend in the San Fran AP Shop, I think.
I’m not sure I’m afraid, but I reckon it will be the next release in line. My estimation is 2-3 weeks from now, so perhaps towards the end of November, beginning of December (30th November/7th December). Since they’ve had the delay with the Melty Cream Doughnuts one pieces though, I’m not sure if that will delay their schedule in general.
Please bear in mind, these are just my guesses and not confirmed information. :)
Hello (^_^)
Aw, I’m sorry to hear you missed out! o(TヘTo) I don’t know if they’ll do another release, but if they do, I reckon it’ll be at least a year until the next one. However, there are still a few dotting around the AP stores, and items are popping up in Closet Child now that Halloween is over, so all hope is not lost. If you want me to search for one, just drop me an email at contact@tokyopirates.com. If you let me know what you’re looking for, maybe I can find it for you. No guarantees, but it could be worth a try. :)
Hello! I’m sorry, but I’m based in Japan, so I don’t keep up to date much with the AP SF site. I’m afraid I can’t give much estimation of when it would be released. I definitely recommend asking lolitas or services that use that site regularly. They might have a better idea of how long it usually takes between the original release and the SF release. (^_^)

TT__TT almost had it
Aw, I’m sorry you missed out! :( There are still some JSKs available in the stores. And the ivory and mint OPs are still to be released, so don’t give up hope!

so pretty but can’t fit any of it. still lovely though. I love AP flower prints.
Aw, that’s a shame. Still, at least there’s lots of lovely flower prints out there. I’m a big fan of them too. :D

Thank you so much! You’re probably all booked for…
I’m afraid so. (∩︵∩) However, I have had a high success rate with getting customers’ items after the release also. It depends on the popularity of the series of course. If you don’t find an SS, you can always request that I find your items after initial release, and I’ll see what I can do. (。・ω・。)
Hello :)
That’s a good question. It really depends on the item. There are some items that stay in Closet Child for months, even years for some I expect (if they’re madly unpopular). So, depending on the item’s popularity, something you want may still be there. The other Closet Childs also tend to sell stock more slowly than Harajuku, so again the odds are greater for other branches’ blogs. Of course, there’s no guarantee since CC don’t always mark their items as sold even if they have, and they do tend to put the more popular items online. However, it doesn’t hurt to check. :)
In general, I am creating a new policy for look-out lists - a one-time fee of 500 yen and I create a wishlist for a customer. After that, they can add and remove things from their wishlist freely. This is not just for things you’ve seen months back, but for things you want in future as well. There’s no guarantee I’ll find them, but using this system, I have helped others find their dream dresses. :) I’ll be adding the full details of the policy to my terms and conditions soon.
Hello! :) Sure, it’ll be a rough translation, but I’ll do my best! Just a heads up, I use British spelling. ;) And, yes, there are two jumperskirts. The round (babydoll) version and the ‘regular’.
From left to right:
1) Maiden empire waist full onepiece. The milk chocolate colour is irresistible! Melty Cream Doughnut Onepiece - 26,040 yen
2) Thanks to a babydoll type shape and a draw ribbon at the back, you can wear this dress without worrying about the size. Melty Cream Doughnut Round Jumperskirt 24,990 yen
3) The pale mint colourway is cute <3 On the waist ribbon there are doll-size spoon and fork motifs. Melty Cream Doughnut Jumperskirt 24,990 yen
4) Undisputedly this has a voluminous feeling. (AN: weird translation, I know) The demure cinnamon colourway can be worn with more elegant, adult coordinates too! Melty Creamy Doughnut Skirt 17,640 yen
5) The doughnut motif is the main feature on the accessories. It’s essential that they match! Melty Cream Doughnut Barette 2835 yen, Melty Cream Doughnut Over Knee Socks 2310 yen
Hope this helps. ^^
Hello :)
I can’t say I’ve seen it, but then I haven’t really been looking. If I do happen to see any next time I’m in there, I’ll let you know. (^_^)
The selection is quite good. Harajuku tends to have more (around 10-15 purses) and Shinjuku usually has around 6-10. The popular ones sell fast of course. :)
A quick follow-up to this question. I was in both Closet Child’s today and realized they have a lot more than I remembered. At least over 20 bags. (^_^) The bags range from Milk to Q-Pot to Alice and the Pirates to Angelic Pretty items, all kinds of brands from various years and series. They have everything from tote bags to 3-ways to cute little cake bags. :)
