Hello, for the re-release you can try through an SS for the online reserve. ^^ However, the physical stores are also allowing people to try and enter the reservation through them. It’s not guaranteed, but it should hopefully increase chances. The stores tend to have a better chance of getting online releases/have certain allocations as far as I know. Basically, I would recommend using an SS to enter the reserve at a physical stores. There’s no 100% guarantee of getting it, but it’s definitely your best chance.
