I’m sorry that I’ve been radio silent for so long! In between moving house and working, I haven’t had much time to update. (>.<) However, I have a few important announcements.
1) The shopping service renewal/relaunch has been postponed until January. The date is as yet undetermined. Until then, everything will be continuing as before, so all services still stand.
2) Auction orders will be accepted again. However, due to the time they take, commission will be a flat rate of 2,500 yen per auction. This is regardless of the price of your item, so even if it’s over 100,000 yen, commission will remain the same. :) I will not be able to take snipe orders at this time - regular bids only, sorry! I am busy right now, and do not wish to risk losing your items due to my schedule. Please be aware that if I get too busy, I may have to suspend auction orders again. If so, I will make an announcement via tumblr, the blog and facebook.
3) Lucky Pack 2015/2016 orders will be accepted from November 25th, 2015 at 10am (Japan Standard Time). Reservations before that exact time will not be accepted. After that time it will be on a first-come, first-served basis. I will have two slots available for the Liz Lisa suitcases. Unfortunately, I cannot take orders for the Angelic Pretty lucky pack release on the 1st January (if they are released on that date), but I will be able to get them after the initial release if they have not sold out.

The Tokyo Pirates terms and conditions have been updated. Please be sure to read through them before making an order (sorry that it’s pretty long). The main changes are highlighted below:
- Due to an increasing number of orders (thank you everyone!) replies will be within 24-48 hours from now on. I will still aim to reply within 24, but it is not always possible during busy periods. If your email is urgent (e.g. an auction ending within 48 hours, a sudden Closet Child item appearing or anything that will sell out very soon), then please mark your subject title urgent and I will make it a priority to read and reply to it first.
- Shipping days will be every Monday (or Tuesday if it’s a national holiday/other delays). 200 yen will automatically be added onto your total for shipping in order to cover packaging and handling costs.
- The shopping service will not operate on Sundays. This will be my day off, so emails will not be replied to nor orders processed (including invoicing, notifications, packaging, shipping, etc.) until the following day. The only orders that will be considered (emphasis on considered) will be Closet Child emergency in-store requests. Releases that have been pre-booked before knowing the release date will of course be honoured should they fall on a Sunday. However, any items bought on this day will not be shipped until the Monday after next (approx. 1 week after). This is to give me a day off because I haven’t taken one since October. xD
Commission fees remain the same and are as follows:
2000 yen for orders under 8000 yen
3000 yen for orders over 8000 yen
4000 yen for orders over 35000 yen
5000 yen for orders over 80,000 yen

Online fees are a flat fee of:
500 yen for orders under 5,000 yen
1,000 yen for orders over 5,000 yen
2,000 yen for orders over 25,000 yen
2,500 yen for orders over 50,000 yen
3,000 yen for orders over 80,000 yen
I am now able to accept orders for auctions on Yahoo!Japan and mbok. However, to start with there will be a cap of 1 customer per day. This is because auctions require a lot more care, organization, administration and correspondence. I want to keep the shopping service effective and efficient. Should I feel I can handle more it may change in future. Auction fees are the same as online order fees, but every auction will be considered a separate SS because of the increased work and time required.
Add 500 yen to a regular online purchase for snipe bids within business hours (9am to 7pm)
Add 800 yen for snipe bids outside of business hours (before 9 am or after 7pm)
Flat fee of 4000 yen for snipe bids after midnight or before 6am (I will operate a 24-hour service, but each request will be subject to consideration).

Important Announcement! Changes to Tokyo Pirates terms and conditions.
Hello, my lovelies! (☆^ー^☆) This is just to let you know that I have moved house closer to central Tokyo, and as a result, I have made some changes to the terms and conditions. However, the main changes are as follows:
✥Travel fees have been reduced to only 500 yen for Harajuku and Shinjuku! Any other areas will have to be calculated according to travel prices, but are usually around the same price and under 1000 yen if in the central Tokyo area.
✥Instead of a percentage, I will be changing to a flat rate. This will be regardless of the number of items (as long as they can be transported).
Commission fees are as follows:
2000 yen for orders under 8000 yen
3000 yen for orders over 8000 yen
4000 yen for orders over 35000 yen
4000 yen for reserves, lucky packs and lottery releases.
✥Online fees are as follows:
500 yen for items under 5,000 yen
1,000 yen for items over 5,000 yen
2,000 yen for items over 25,000 yen
1.500 yen for snipe bids
2,000 yen or 10% (whichever is greater) for snipe bids outside of business hours (9 am to 6pm)
✥Lastly, I will now be accepting bank transfers as well as Paypal. I cannot be liable for any charges your bank may charge you, but for some it may help avoid Paypal fees. Please bear in mind that items cannot be bought until bank transfers are cleared which can take 4-5 business days.

Commission fees for reserves are 10% and 1000 yen per item. However, travel fees will be halved if both slots are filled. They will be reduced from 1,560 yen to 780 yen.
